I downloaded this game on my brother's recommendation. It's exactly what I was looking for! They don't make games like this anymore. It has all the great elements:
Story, Strategy, Skill Development and Exploration.
My only gripe would be the lack of a tutorial mode to "show you the ropes." I'm not much of a "read the manual" guy. Otherwise, fantastic game and instant classic!
