I know Fallout 3 is not (yet) available on this site, but there is something I am wondering about that game:
From what I have read, apparently the train is actually an arm piece worn by an NPC named "Abraham Washington". (Apparently it was reported to be a hat originally.) See:

I am wondering whether, it is possible, without cheats (glitches are allowed), to do the following:
1. Kill the NPC in question (does the train still function?)
2. Obtain the train as an item in your own inventory (how heavy is it?)
3. Equip the train and wander around with it equipped.
