I'm not sure if this happened because I installed the resolution mods, because my only experience with Fallout 1&2 is FOnline, but whenever I hover my cursor over something it just says:

You
(NPC's name)
You
Sometimes it shows more than "You" and it gets cut off at the end. Any idea what the problem is here?
Edit: I tried to change the resolutions to see if that would change anything. no dice.
