Just installed Fallout, but whenever I try to play the game I get a blank screen and "no signal" note on monitor; audio seems to work as I can hear the opening music/song. Have tried all the troubleshooting tips listed under Fallout Support including right-clicking to run as Administrator and disabling UAC.

OS=Vista64
ATI Radeon HD5670
DX11
Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q9300 @2.5GHz
4 GB Ram
