Started up my level 17 game a couple of days ago. Killed CookCook and the other two. Went into a building and my game went to hell. Jerking back and forth is the only way I can describe it. Outside same thing. Uninstalled and tried to start over. Stock loader just circles back to it's self now over and over. All mods are gone, everything is stock. Tried it with the NVSE loader and it goes back to the stock loader and resets everything to ultra. Hit play and back to the beginning stock loader again. Maybe the Win10 update a couple of days ago? Tried my Steam version of the game, same exact problem.
All my other Steam and GOG games run fine, no problems so far. Just started them to make sure they were working.
