Game crashing on windows 10/11 when it starts

If you're using an AMD GPU, then the problem is with the latest AMD drivers, they did something in their drivers that breaks NV (and I think it might break FO3 too).

The "solution" is to use DXVK (some people say that even with DXVK it needs to be used in windowed mode) or downgrade to the last compatible AMD drivers release (11/28/2023).
