That's really my main reason to have bought this one. I own Fallout on CD-ROM - it came with a computer eleven years ago - but haven't been able to patch it into a usefully working state on my XP machine. Spent six dollars here, downloaded it, and it works perfectly. Eleven years ago I wasn't really at an age where I could quite appreciate or bring up the patience to finish this game, and now I'm glad I can finally get to it.
