Which version is Fallout Tactics? Is it the uncut EU version or the worse german version?

What is the difference? GOG version has lots of blood splattering all over if that's it.

Yeah, definitely uncut version then.
I remember an omg lol moment when an aggressive female civilian was cut in two by a shotgun blast.
That's probably something you wouldn't see in a cleanified version...
