I've bought Fallout 1 on GOG and installed on my Mac using Porting Tools, which use a Wineskin Wrapper. Does anyone know how to install and play mods on this?

I know very little about Fallout mods, but I've understood that Fixt is recommended, and I feel like it might be all I need?
