i need to know how to run in fallout 1?
(i run whan i am doing some thing like opening a door , looking at a dead body etc.
but i what to run to get some whar fast)

Go to your gameplay options menu and select "Always Run".

Shift & then click I think

That's only temporary though but, yeah, you could use that too...

If you put it to "always run" remember to use "shift+click" when sneaking (to walk) otherwise you'll come out of sneak mode automatically when you move (cos you're running).

That's why it never worked for me...
Not like I needed it that much since I generally just prefer to shoot the enemy.

But You can shoot him after getting a little bit closer. ;) Boom - head shot!

I always use the fast shot perk with high luck so I generally don't worry about distance. Besides, the further away I am the harder it is for them to hit me.

Same combination: 10 luck+fast shot+bonus rate of fire+sniper = annihilation

Oddly, I've never used the sniper rifle, mainly because I never got the perk, but found that the hunting rifle and then plasma rifle are very effective and can take out at least one enemy every turn.
