Title says it all. The game runs awfully slow but the sound is in sync and sound normal though.
Used whatever mods in the sticky that still works.

Turn off Vertical Sync and rename ddraw.dll in the FO1 folder -- it's a relic from older DirectX 9.

It's alot more smooth now. Thanks :)
I didn't need to rename the DLL though. I tried at first but the graphics became all messed up.
