Hi,
I was longer time abroad and not on my computer and just now came back and realized that Fallout series is away from GOG,which is sad. I wantet to buy it on gog around christmas and have it in my library, but now I cant.

Is there someone who have still a free gift key? Willing ot pay or will gift something else for it.

Thanks a lot.

Andrej
According to GOG the codes they gave out as gift codes will no longer work. It is 100% non downloadable for people who don't already have it.
You will need to wait until either bethesda decides to re-add them, or buy the steam versions.
The unredeemed gift codes were disabled couple days after the offer ended so the're unusable.

Trying to redeem any of the free gift codes now gives you following:
This giftcode was part of our 48 hour giveaway of Fallout. Unfortunately, the code is no longer operational as the giveaway has ended. Don't worry, though, because we have hundreds of other great games on GOG.com, including 12 free ones!
Bought gift codes should still work if someone has them (they must've been purchased with money) or that's how they've worked before with other pulled games.

Other than that, as cameroncr95 already mentioned, is that bethesda brings them back to GOG.

Believe I saw a blue post as much about the Fallouts too.

sorry to be the barer of bad news.

The steam versions will do you no good as they have been pulled from the store as well. it looks like you will have to wait until they are put back up on either store or alternatively you could always hunt for a disk version.
Right now you simply can't get your hands on digital versions of classic Fallout titles in a legal manner, unless someone has bought a gift code from GOG to give you.

But fret not. According to Bethesda, Fallout games will be back on Steam ASAP, with other digital outlets possibly to follow. I know it's not perfect but it is something. And the fact that people are more and more clamoring for GOG version to be back might spur Bethesda to make a deal with GOG sooner.

I've always said, if a company doesn't want to make something available thru legal means, get it thru less legal means.

Bethesda knew when the rights would transfer back to them. They could have had some plan/deal at the ready, implemented it immediately to get the games back out on the market. They chose not to. To me that's a definitive "A-Okay go-ahead" to track the games down through any other means.

Please do not encourage piracy, particularly on the gog forums. the point of gog was to reduce piracy by providing DRM free games at good prices.

as for fallout. it will probably return one day. the only reason it was put down was due to a change in ownership which effectively meant a termination in the original contracts that were made.

Exept that unlike Interplay who's been here from start, bethesda has shown no interest in being anywhere else other than steam (other stores have to content with being steam key resellers or not have their games at all). But we can always hope.

hope we can indeed. Gog said that they had big plans for this year. lets hope Bethesda is one of them.

I'm pretty sure the big thing they're planning is site or service related (like alpha/beta/early access kind of thing) rather than any new developer/publisher coming onboard. They usually give hints when they've signed new publisher or developer. Still, this does not mean that it won't happen in addition to the big thing this year.
