I cannot install tactics. I have manually downloaded and then deleated and tried the GOG installer. Both times i download the file succesfully but am met with the same error when I go to install.

Following files are damaged:
setup_fallout_tactics_.......
please download them again from GOG.com

is this just due to traffic today?
