Hey all - I've recently installed my Fallout Tactics and immediately noticed a lot of small, black horizontal lines, up and down the screen from the moment i start the game. I've tried fresh installs, new direct x installs, high res patches and still nothing. Any one out there have any idea what this could be? The lines move when there is movement on screen such as characters, and campfires etc. Changing from one screen to another also shows the previous menus image withing the lines. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Not that I'd have any idea anyway, but do tell your vid card and OS.
Might help the someone who'll have some useful insight.

Im using Windows XP Professional SP3 and an NVIDIA GeForce 8400GS, I know Fallout 2 did the same thing and i tool the ddraw.dll from Fallout 1, copied to the Fallout 2 folder and it fixed it right up. It won't work for Tactics thought. Comes up with an error message.
