I got the fallout freebie pack yesterday and now i downloaded it and try to run it. all i got was a black screen and the game stuck. i tried the compatibility problems solver and i got this as an answer. the needed file is there as you can see but the c:\dev\something directory is not present (and i don't think it should even be but is just remains from development as is the horrific grammar error in the message ;) )

i'm running on windows 7 ultimate, intel dualcore cpu, 4gigs ram, and radeon 6950 gfx card

Oh sorry, well I know one black screen fix, open up your bos.exe and add a (space)-s to the end of the target.

No one does much support for tactics so it is alot harder to find an fix an issue..


The 1.27 patch was supposed to fix the black screen issue..

-s option solved the start issue. thanks a lot! i'm going to try that sound patch next to see if i can get any sounds.
