I just downloaded Fallout New Vegas today, and i'm getting a weird sound glitch when im walking in goodspring or after entering a house the music cuts/jitters/skip and a quick pitch comes out and its driving me crazy, Fallout 3 doesn't have that problem so i don't know what to do about it

here is an example:

i have pretty much try anything i could think of and i haven't come with a fix

Specs:
Windows 10 anniversary
i5 4440
8 GB ram
GTX 1070

hope you guys can help me i really want to play this game with music on

EDIT:

I think i just fixed this problem by doing the exact thing you were not supposed to do:

1. Downloaded FFDshow
2. then went to FFdshow audio decoder
3. DirectShow control
4. unchecked [Don't use ffdshow in]

doing some tests still but so far it has been working
