Hello,
I just noticed that selecting polish language when downloading offline backup installers for Fallout 4 GOTY makes HD Texture Pack DLC installers to disappear with message "Unfortunately, there are no files available for the selected language (polski) and operating system (windows) combination." The question is will I be able to use this DLC installers from english version with polish version of game installers or it's not possible right now? Not sure how to back them up on my external drive. :P

I would guess the english version of the texture pack would work for you too, because it seems that those are just, well, textures...
I'm using the English version of both and it runs just fine, but I also see the option disappear if changing language.

I hope you have a lot of fun, the game is amazing, I'm so happy it is here on GOG! Super cool!

Question: if you change the game's language, does the text of posters/billboards/signs also change? If so, this might be why the HD textures aren't available under other languages, they didn't do other language versions for those signs. It could mean that manually placing the texture files in some other fashion will have it work just fine, and you'll just have signs all in English.

From all I've gathered, these HD textures aren't worth it anyway, mostly the same textures, just stretched. I've seen screenshots that are highly underwhelming. There are mod alternatives that look much better.

Yes you are right I think there are better options for visual/performance if using mods, I just happen to be lazy for that , don't want to deal with mods, so I use the original pack.

That said, in my experience, believe it or not, when testing without the HD pack I feel like something was missing. It seems there are some difference in fact, just enough for our brains to notice it.
