I cannot figure out how to turn on the flashlight on the Pip-Boy (Fallout 3)...any help would be appreciated!

Hold down the tab key for a couple seconds. If you let go to early it will open up the Pip Boy menu. Might be a different key for you if you remapped the Pip Boy key.
