Is there supposed to be a falloutpref.ini file for Fallout 3? I don't see it in my Fallout 3 folder.

If it is not present within %USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\Fallout3 -- try running FalloutLauncher.exe a single time. From what I had read, this will cause the creation of FalloutPrefs.ini within the aforementioned directory.
