I've got trouble running Fallout 2 RP under Linux. Regular Fallout 2 works great out of the box, but with RP it's practically unplayable - the game is extremely laggy and slow, mouse cursor is sluggish and flickering. I've tried searching this forums and it seems like I'm not the only one with similar problems, but I wasn't able to find a solution that worked for me. Any advice, please?

I am using Win7 and for me it worked to choose all compatibiltysettings as if i was running the old Fallout...Win98/Me,256 colours, 640X480 and VDesign deavtivated. Then i used the enhanced Fallotsettings to adjust everything for my specs 1920X1080,...was a bit trial&error after that it worked quite fine expect for Vaultcity inner gate&New Reno central(area with the shark-club)..i allways got a short freezelike laag there.

How you installed it? PlayOnLinux?

No, regular Wine installation. Yes, to the letter and without success.
