Yesterday I had to start fighting my way out of Junktown because Neal (the bartender) had seen me stealing his urn (even though he was in the back room, argh!) and I hadn't noticed. I started reloading various saves a lot as I killed all the guards so that I could use as few stimpacks as possible. I killed my way to the first section of Junktown, went to kill the Doctor, killed Lars (the guard), then saved again.


It was at that time that I realized I should go kill the mayor and steal his safe since I'm already murdering everyone. I reloaded once again, but now I cannot leave the area I'm in. When I step on the hex to transfer areas I get this error message.

Have you saved the game in combat mode, at some point? You may get bugs if you did.
What patches/mods you have installed? You have any save before stealing the urn?
Upload your save folder, I'll try to get you out of this situation.

I don't have any mods installed, and I've never tried to save in combat. I run version 1.2.

I uh, only have the one save file. I don't usually save in multiple files. I don't know how to upload folders rather then files, so I just shoved them all into one mediafire file download.

You can use 7-zip to make a .7z file of your folder, and upload it in MediaFire.

I already had Winrar so I just used that.

I used a savegame editor (Vad's). Unfortunately I couldn't find Tycho, so he isn't in the team.
I hope it helps, it took a big amount of time to edit everything and test.

It's a shame I lost tycho, but I'd rather that then restart the file. Thanks for all your help, and taking the time to do that.
