I am running Windows 7 with compatibility mode on as well as 256 color option ticked. It still experience this discolouration. It looks like an ugly colored game, with pixel discoloration everywhere. I rmb in Windows XP on my old computer I did not experience this.

Is there any fix for it? I am running HD 5750 ATI graphic card.
