Running Fallout 2 in window mode and its anchored to the upper left. I wanna keep it windowed, but I'd like it more toward the center. Anything in ddraw.ini I can change to make it so?

The window can actually be moved from the top left of the screen by setting the WindowScrollKey property in ddraw.ini. Then, holding down the appropriate key and moving the mouse will move the window.

Can't test it myself right now, but it should work.
