I got these games for free years ago and just noticed that if you own these games you would be able to get the first two elder scrolls games but they don't appear in my library, why is that?

Arena and Daggerfall are added to your library if you buy Morrowind.

Also, why have you posted this in a Fallout forum?

Heres why, read the about under the description https://www.gog.com/game/fallout this applies to all of the other games in the fallout series as well.

Well that's odd. Is this confirmed, or is it some major typographical faux pas? Especially if you are saying you bought this and the freebies are not on your shelf.
Only the recent Bethesda versions count. The old Interplay versions do not.

If you want those two games in your library, I suggest buying one of the other Bethesda releases here. If you already own Morrowind elsewhere, why not try Battlespire or Redguard? If you don't, there's a bundle currently on sale.
did you try submitting a ticket to support yet? at least you should find out if it was a mistake for that to be added to fallout and if it is let them know that it needs to be fixed

No need. dtgreene already addressed this. You have the Interplay versions. Only people who purchase a Bethesda published title are eligible for the first two elder scrolls games. You haven't and you are not.
