I was just wondering who (in Fallout 1) is the best person to sell expensive stuff to? Or I guess more specifically, who has the most caps to trade?

The best store is going to be either the Gun Runners in the boneyard or the Hub. Lorenzo has lots of caps and there's a guy in a hard to find shop on the right hand side of the Hub that can sell you some good weapons and armor.

I agree that the Gun Runners are the best for this. And if you're selling to Lorenzo, make sure it's nothing you want to buy back later. His goods sure are expensive :)
