Only thing that shows up when I launch the game in any way, through the client or not, is the title of this post. No other "instances" of FO3 are in fact running how ever. Fix/help?

Also, game button that lets me "play" or "check for inconsistencies"

Is now gone

Open up Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc) and check the Processes or Details tab to see if there is a Fallout3.exe in there. If there is, right click on it and End Process.

If it's showing up in there rather than running the game itself, it's probably a configuration error in one of the .ini files, or possibly an issue with a save game. You can try deleting out the Fallout.ini file in the My Documents/My Games directory, and rerun the launcher (it should autocreate it). If that doesn't work, delete/move any files in the Saves folder. Then try reinstalling.
