Hello to the community
Hello to all the GOG's Fallout developer
I have noticed that the game here are only in English (original ofc) language.
I would like to play the Fallout game with the italian translation made years ago. It was a ile.exe file if I am not wrong.
I cant post the file here... would be interesting for yo if i send to your support e-mail the ile.exe file to check it?
Are yo thinking that the translation file will work or not? Are you thinking to release the game in other language out of the GOGbeta?
Thank yo
I m waiting for your soon reply.
My best regards

That's not a bad idea IMHO, would be easy to add to the downloads for those that wants/needs a localized version.
Great idea!! (speriamo bene)
Is this translation fan made, or official? Either way, it should work. I'm fairly sure the GOG games are set up in the file systems just like the originals, save for it being in C:Program FilesGOG.comFallout rather then C:Program FilesBlack Isle StudiosFallout. (or something like that) All (or most) of the mods for Fallout 1 and 2 still work in the GOG versions, even so far that there's an official mod thread on these forums.
Hello to all
I have searched in my Hard Disk for the exact name of the file:
FOita1.0.exe
I remember that this was a good one Fan Translation made .exe
I hope that GOG developers ar not neglect my and your request. I repeat for me is not a problem to send yo via e-mail to technical or customer assistance the FOita1.0.exe file.
It is a 2.76 MByte file.
Waiting again for your soon replay dear GOG's
My best regards!

The link is here, stickied at the top of the Fallout subset of topics.
And they're not neglecting you, you didn't send a support request in (There is no problem with you sending in a support request asking this, they don't need the file, and if they did they'd give you a way to send it.) and they might take a few days to get to this support topic, that and you didn't mark it as a question topic. For now, I can only say that it will most likely work. if you don't want to try it yourself before a staff member tells you it will probably be okay, just send in a support request. They're in beta, really. They need to know about this kind of thing.

Hello Mascott
http://www.gog.com/en/forum/Fallout_Series/fallout_mods/42
Actually on page 3 there is my post.
No one has already answered.
As yo can see there I have said that I have found my oldest copy of Fallout1 and I have tryed to let it work on my actual PC with 22" and nVidia 7600GT I have the "black display" problem that is going to paint black the screen. When I move the mouse the black screen disappear as the mouse path is moving and the level appear below. Suddenly in few seconds the screen fade to black again....
Dunno If I buy the game from GOG.com if I will find the same problem...
I hope that one of the GOG.com developer will answer to my posts.
See yo and thank yo
best regards
