So, I was silly and sold the vagabond outfit that I was given after joining the vagabonds. Turns out you need it. Now I can't remember who I sold it to. So barring killing a vagabond, I don't know where to get one from. I searched the Swan & Mitre, but found no spares. Any ideas?

I'm not so sure you actually need it - I was able to complete the "Revenge, Thy Name Is Fury" quest without wearing the vagabond outfit. I just had to pass some Charisma checks (two required chr 6, the last required chr 7, quite possible with chems and beer even if you made Charisma a dump stat)

Also, I looked in FO4Edit, and what it mainly checks for is the hat (specifically the "Wayfarer's Vagabond Cap", which you wouldn't be able to loot off a dead Vagabond anyway), though the first person you're supposed to talk to also has a condition for not having the outfit on the dialogue for complaining about it. I tried talking to her with the outfit on but not the hat, and she said nothing after I told her who sent me, but I immediately got response choices as if she had complained about me not being dressed right (which could be rather confusing for a player who didn't know about the cap requirement). On the other hand, when I tried talking to her while wearing the "Wayfarer's Vagabond Cap" and nothing else, she accepted that.

I don't understand why Team FOLON didn't make the cap a quest item so I couldn't sell it or misplace it, but if you really want to do the quest that way instead of the Charisma checks, and you're okay with using a console command to get it again, here you go:
player.additem 0730e98e 1
Yeah, I ended up just raising my charisma sufficiently to proceed with the quest.
