I too have the issue with Syd not finishing. I see that's a matter of progression. However, several other side missions aren't completing - With the mission to kill the Syndicate Lieutenant the optional objectives I wasn't allowed to hand over the items to the Vagabond lieutenants, I can't give the painting to the girl in Thameshaven, I can't ask about the ballots in Eastminister, I can't send the missing child back to Thameshaven, and more. I hope these are all progression related but it would be great if I could get confirmation about this or, if it's not progression related, to get this fixed.
