I'm hoping someone might be able to answer this. I have Fallout 4 on Steam. I've run the downgrade found on the nexus. How do I then install this mod? There doesn't seem to be any button or way for me to install it from GOG. Maybe I'm missing something obvious?

Can you install it as a stand alone game using the offline installer? it would be really awesome if that was the case.

It literally just says "Install" in big letters and that's it, what is going on here?

Add it to your collection first from the giveaway link. Then wait for the confirmation email its' been added to your account.

Then go into your account > collections, you'll see fallout london there.

Click the dropdown to go to downloads to access the GOG or offline downloads.

still unsure how to proceed (still downloading).

I want also to install it offline. I also want a separate FO:London Installation.

As I understand it:

Install/SetUp Fallout 4 GOTY (GoG) (renaming it /installing to FO London during intallation)

SetUp Fallout London 2.31, which installs INTO the previous FO4 installation, changing the game itself from FO4 to FO London)

Unsure about cloudsaves with offline installer (would concern only if Galaxy/Steam i think)

As I also have FO4 in Steam (uninstalled in pile of shame), I would not have to worry if i want to play FO4 at a later date.

Am I correct with the above assumptions ?

I like the way GOG's 'How to install' link gives a not found error.

For those that want a simple install

1). Just download the off-line installer files for Fallout 4.
2). Then download the off-line installer files for Fallout London.
3). Install Fallout 4. (you can run the game once to generate the .ini files, but I am not sure if it's needed)
4). Install Fallout London.
5). Start Fallout London, point to the location Fallout 4 is installed, and let the installer do it's job.
6). Start Fallout London and have fun.

That's all...

I ran into a problem. I sowngraded, I installed lonson on gog, but when I try to play it tries to over ride my fallout 4 and I downgraded and it tries to run but it says access denied.

I got it fixed, I had to delete the file it said could not be accessed then it worked.

Tried to get the Steam version to work for three days. Apparently, the answer is "Buy Fallout 4 again from GOG."
