Hi everyone;
sorry if this is mentioned somewhere else in the forum but although my download of Evolva works and there are no graphics problems, it lags a bit when the foregrounds and the action become detailed.

Are there any methods to getting it to speed up a bit? I used to have this on an old PC years ago and I would have thought my laptop would be able to play it without slowing down!
I have Vista 32 but I'm not sure what graphics card I have... sorry...
are there any tips, like playing it in compatability mode or tinkering with the resolution?
Thank you for your help;

On my computer it was smooooooth as butter, and I'm using 3 year old integrated graphics. Very responsive, and a pleasure to play.

1. Right click desktop.
2. Screen resolution.
3. Advanced settings.

Then tell us what video card you're using. Maybe a driver update would help.

For everyone suffering from graphical glitches and lag using newer nVidia cards, just follow the instruction in this thread : http://www.gog.com/en/forum/sacrifice/major_graphical_glitches

My guess is that both Evolva and Sacrifice use the same engine and "shiny wrapper", which is why both games (and probably any other Shiny games of the era) suffer from that problem.
