okay I put a picture of what it says when I try to start the game.
Now I didnt patch it or anything I just downloaded it installed and played and it keeps on poping up when I start the game.
I opened up the read me file and it says

Now I am confused cause I wanted to try and install that world domination starter kit from GOG and it wont work liek its telling me to install the disc... and since I got it from GOG it has no disc so what should I do about it?

I've gotten that too. You can shut it up by having a CD in the drive when you start it. It doesn't seem to matter what it is.

that seems kind of burdening....I just dont like the idea of a disc in my drive for an extended period of time... mainly cause ill forget about it

The other thing you could do is install something like Daemon Tools or Virtual Clone Drive to create a virtual CD drive, and keep an ISO image permanently mounted in it. But that's a different kind of overkill for one nagging message box.
