Tried both.. they either ignore my stick-twisting or go bonkers. Any ideas on customizing controls please?

Hello,
you'll need to create a custom binding for your Hotas since we don't have in-game presets.
You can however download our example mapping for the T-Flight Hotas X here:

You'll need to extract the archive and place the .ini files in C:/Users/*yourname*/AppData/Local/RSG/Saved/Config/WindowsNoEditor/
