Has anyone been able to get this version to display as widescreen?

I am an Old Mancunian, and I have the extended version running in 1920x1080 which is the size of my screen.

However, I do not have a wide cockpit view.

Yes, several years ago I had dozens of copies on my game drive one for each mod and I ran all of them in widescreen. But have numerous nVidea driver updates and bout 5 years later I cannot get to run except flickering between the game and a blackscreen. Ugh, I tryuing to figure it out all over again.

Yes. It's simple. Go to your GOG Games folder, edit the /EAW/eaw.ini file with notepad. The first lines are the inflight screen resolution. Have fun!
