Every time I boot the game it will only give me this resolution or "windowed" and the window is in 640 x 480 this is what it defaults to, even if I try to go into the cfg environment file and set it to 1920 x 1080 it reverts immedately back to 640 as soon as I boot the game.
I tried in D3D and OpenGL both.
Its really strange because I played this game early this year and it was was doing 1920x1080 just fine.
I'm running
Windows 10
I5-6600 @ 3.3ghz
16GB DDR4
8GB RX 480
Oh and I've tried uninstallling the game completely, even deleted my old save game and started from scratch. Reinstall continued with the same issue. d
