Hadn't had a chance to play through patch 4 yet, but finally did. Started new character and played through the content and have the following observations, just in case these haven't been fix in an upcoming patch.
For some reason, the blue wing and silver wing reputation (for a black wing character) never registers/changes with patch 4. Previously, it did when you completed blue and silver wing quests. Yoko's conversation is half Russian, half English. Makes it hard to converse with the robot if you don't understand one or the other. Also, the quest for Cheerful Jack seems to not be correct. Saved him, sent him back to Magellan, and yet the quest (even though complete, with Success) has a failure in the middle (Cheerful Jack, the only survivor left on the film set, died.). Not sure why that is there since he is live and well in Magellan.
Just as a side note, companions are still a pain. They constantly stop in places that eventually kill them (anomalies, steam, radiation), block your path constantly or wander off into mine fields before you get a chance to disarm them. The pathing issues made me stop using companions - though I did pick up Yoko for laughs. Speaking of which, could not clear the level I radiation sickness from Fox, even using the medical machine in Magellan. When I dropped her, she still had the -2 to strength. Also, not sure how to heal Yoko, mechanical skill does nothing and cannot add the electronics toolbox to my belt, so cannot try out that to see if she can be healed. I thought in the past, one of those allowed you to heal her wounds.
I think there is a little more left, the Emulator Project quest is still open (supposed to wait on testing - thought I could get through that before). Hopefully that will let me get to the three other locations on the world map that are currently blocked by the Maelstrom.
