Just instaled Empire Earth and right after i start a campain mod the screen freezes.
My laptop is running on windows 8.1

Did you see this: "Compatibility notice: This game is incompatible with most Intel graphics chipsets. An Nvidia or AMD video card is required." It was just under the system requirements on the game card page. So, do you have only Intel integrated graphics?

I use nvidia graphics card，but the screen freezes too.

I have the same issue : The screen randomly freezes, sometimes during a random map game, sometimes on the menu. I've tried so many things to solve it (launching as administrator, changing game video settings to Direct3D Hardware TDL advanced ..., even changing my PC screen to 800x600 (I did try to change the game video settings to 1920x1080 too)). I've completly ran out of ideas (and didn't see any helping answer on the forums), so I'm hoping someone can help. Here are my settings :

Windows 10
Intel Core i5
AMD radeon R7 240

My game keeps freezing on the main menu, Please help I have windows 10, an NVidia 970m and the processor is an intel i7 6700hq
