Basically, when the menu screen appears my monitor demands that I place the resolution at 1920 x 1080 60Hz. I do this but it isn't recognizing the change. My question is if this game has a 60Hz setting, and if so how would I go about activating it? I went through a few of the system files and could not find a solution. I believe this to be the issue. Thanks.

You can use a program called ReForce to set fixed resolutions\refresh rates for your videocard\monitor.
