I seem to not be able to move a window while playing in windowed mode. It's stuck in the center of the monitor.
Are there any solutions to that?

Exactly the same problem. I want to be able to watch a movie (or something) on the left side of the screen and the game on the right side of the screen.

I use DXWnd.exe to run it in a 1024x768 windowed mode (DXWnd allows you to set where the window will appear on the screen) to the top left of my 1920x1080 display, with my monitoring tools to the right.

It works for various games (but not all), and in this case seems to manage E:RotMK, if a little buggy (no 'windowed' edge frame etc).
