The Porting Kit by Paul the Tall has an entry for Emperor: RoTM: http://portingkit.com/game/880 . I am not sure but it should work with the GOG version :)

Remember, all of Sierra Impressions' games were designed for Windows only, so expect that any ported version may have oddities or bugs introduced as a result.
