Was playing for several hours, and everything was OK ...I have a few mods including SKSE64, and obviously have it installed correctly as it worked for several hours even having exited the game a few times to run errands etc. and starting it up again. However, tonight it just won't load, either with the skse launcher or the standard game launcher. I loathe using Galaxy usually but even that cant launch it. I get to the first menu with the video options and that but when I press play nothing happens. The skse launch screen just gives the old "Can't find Skyrim SE exe." This has me stumped

Install CrashLogger https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/59818 and check out your log file. Probably have a mod that has corrupted your save file.

**edit Try launching SkyrimSELauncher.exe this will get you to the graphic setup.

You are correct, it was a save indeed. I moved my saves to a new folder and it fired up. Thanks for the help houseofdexter

I have the same issue. Yesterday the game was ok, but now it isn't starting anymore. What did you do with the saves? I'm a noob.
