I bought the Elder Scrolls bundle, and was wondering if the Morrowind GOTY available here has the install contents of the Construction set CD that the retail version had?

I have no idea if it does, but even if it's not, it looks like someone hosted the files for the CS that are missing from the Steam version.

If it's missing from the GOG version, I imagine this, or a similar form of re-adding missing files, should be doable.

The Construction Set is there, if that's what you're asking.

I am not sure whether the CS CD is included in the download. There used to be a double CD version of Morrowind as well as a single CD version. The extra CD has all the files like mehes, textures, and so on.
The single CD version still has the construction set program. The missing files can be extracted from the morrowind.bsa (but should not go into the Morrowind folder, because it overwrites files in the data files folder).
There are several tools available to extract the files, e. g. BSA browser (which is a GUI for BSA pack) or MW BSA unpacker:

in looking in the data files it looks like it's got a lot folders & files in the subfolders (textures, meshes for example) as I was hoping for.
