Hello I recently purchased Morrowind on the last GOG sale and have been looking up the sort of mods that you can get for it and I am getting a little overwhelmed by all the different mods that you can get for the game.

I am a first time player of the game and would like to keep the game as close to the original as possible whilst having 1080p resolution I did get the code patch for my game and then realised that I needed to get another mod for the FOV, then I read that the games EXE file needed to be patched and their different sorts of patches you can get for that. I feel a little lost to say the least.

A very informative site for beginners which covers everything in detail can be found at; http://wiki.theassimilationlab.com/mmw/Beginners_Guide

As for ideas on what mods you might like to install check out;

Hope this helps.
Thank you this has been a big help and has given me a bit of a foothold on this modding stuff.

Glad it helped. Modding can be quite a pain with some of the elder scrolls games but when sorted they are well worth it. Good luck and enjoy the game :)
