Just curious, have GoG made any improvements to Morrowind like they do alot of the games they release?

I already own the game on Steam but would buy it again if there have been any kind of improvements.

thanks

Dunno about improvements.

However, for anyone wanting to make their Morrowind experience better, try this:

It's what made it playable for me when I finally spent some 40+ hours in it two years ago :D
The MWGSO download link is at http://www.ornitocopter.net/v3-0-release/ I think the other link is just the overview.

Installation guides http://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/43479 or http://forums.bethsoft.com/topic/1513057-relz-morrowind-overhaul-sounds-graphics-30-thread-6/

On topic, GOG's probably only done compatibility stuff if anything. Mods can really do whatever you want to Morrowind, so the only thing left for GOG to do is make sure it works on all versions of Windows.

If you want improvements in the engine, keep an eye on OpenMW. It's an engine reimplementation of Morrowind. They're getting close to a playable release last I heard.

Thanks all.

Yes I am aware about all the mods and have used them as well. THey are great.

I already have this game on Steam so I was just curious if they made any improvements that would make it worth picking up again.
