As an interesting example of how exploits can be changed together to produce powerful results, here is how you can cast super spells. Any spell createable with the spellmaker can be cast through these methods, even spells costing thousands of Magicka and those lasting over 1000 seconds.

First, it is a good idea to take Restoration as a major skill. Having a good Restoration skill makes it easier to cast Fortify Attribute/Skill spells, which are incredibly useful for this sort of thing. Also, if you are not getting Fortify Skill, you might want Alchemy as well, since it will make it much easier to start the Super Potion trick. Also, having a race/birthsign with the Fortify Maximum Magicka can help by reducing the amount of Intelligence needed.

To cast a few spells, you need 2 things: Enough Magicka to cast the spell, and enough skill so that the spell doesn't fail.

First, to get the Magicka, there are a few options:
1. Use Alchemy to make Fortify Intelligence/Magicka potions. Essentially, proceed as per the Super Potion trick. If you have Fortify Skill, you can start with a Fortify Alchemy 800 for 1 second spell. (If you can't cast it, try fortifying your Restoration by a more reasonable amount for 3 seconds with a spell or 1 second with an item.) Note that Fortify Intelligence works best if you have full Magicka when you drink them; Fortify Magicka doesn't have that requirement, but after it wears off you will likely need to save and reload before you cast any more spells.
2. Use the drain/fortify trick I mentioned in another post. Drain Intelligence to 1 and Fortify Magicka in the same spell will give you large amounts of current Magicka.
3. Use the so-called "soul trap" glitch. Personally, I think this glitch is too easy, even when using other exploits, so I prefer not to use it.

Now that you have thousands of Magicka, you can try to cast the spell. Unfortunately, the success rate is 0%, which isn't particularly helpful. Again, there are a few ways to boost the success rate to something reasonable:
1. Use Alchemy to make Fortify Willpower/Luck. This can boost the stats arbitrarily high, allowing you to cast incredibly powerful spells. Note that fortifying Luck to insane values has other effects, like making your attacks always hit and enemy attacks always miss, improving your Alchemy, and allowing you to make arbitrary deals with merchants. (In other words, several thousand Luck and you have already broken the game.) This is probably the best way to cast spells that cost several thousands.
2. Make a spell that fortifies the appropriate skill by 800 points for 3 seconds. This spell takes 160 Magicka to cast and you will likely need to cast a weaker Fortify Restoration spell (or use an item) to reliably cast this spell. This should allow you to cast spells that cost around 1600 Magicka. If that is not enough, you can combine this with method 1 or create multiple spells (different spells stack, even if they have identical properties).
3. Again, the so-called "soul trap" glitch works here.

One more thing of note: Unlike potions, you can remove the effects of these spells with a Dispel effect if you need to. (Do any enemies cast that spell on you?)
Just one more note: The Imperial temple in Sadrith Mora, Wolverine Hall is a good place to get potion ingredients for this purpose. One person restocks 3 Fortify Intelligence (you only need 2) ingredients and one Fortify Luck ingredient. Another restocks a different Fortify Luck ingredient.

I recommend fortifying your Intelligence first as it is cheaper. Then again, you need more Luck than Intelligence to cast these spells, and if your Luck is high enough, you can make arbitrary deals with merchants, allowing you to get all that money you're spending back.

One downside: It will take an extremely long time for your stats to return to normal, so you will find the game to be too easy with all that luck.
