Does the gog DRM free version of Skyrim Anniversary Edition come with a creation kit?
Although I have a steam account and have alredy puchased a version of legitimate skyrim in the past which is registered with them. The steam download for the creation kit is permanently broken: apparently Bethesda threw this particular baby under a bus.
I didn't like steam's invasive requirements ( who needs a 260MB download to create a launcher... there must be more nefarious; dare I say it, spyware implications) .Hence, I bought the GOG version only to find that the Creation Kit is excluded.
So I suspect the gog edition has been mis-sold under EU law because it claims to be compatible with all mods which it clearly isn't .
So the short answer to your question is
It doesn't, and trying to install it via any of the numerous ''fixes' that have been given is like herding cats; I'm afraid I gave up.
