Csimbi: I was wondering if it's just me - anyone managed to install it?

I hope so :) I've doublechecked our installer and it works well. Probably you got some connection problems :|

I used the DOD downloader and it seems that I have a different checksum:
75ca3aa3b054cf88b2bf57bd8d084514 *setup_earth_2160.exe

That's why it doesn't work :| Only way to pass that error is to redownload it :| Sorry.
