In certain areas I seem to experience these spouts of massive stuttering to the point where it's almost unplayable. However the odd thing is I don't see any drop in framerate. I have a 75hz monitor and the FPS never drop below 75 even during these weird stuttering periods. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, is there a fix?? Any feedback would be much appreciated, this is driving me crazy!

Also, here are my specs if needed:

Ryzen 5 5600x (No overclock)
16GB RAM
RTX 3070
8TB WD Black HDD (Game is installed here)

I had similar issues with this game that became really noticeable in the country side areas, the thing that seemed to fix it was using rivatuner statistics server (RTSS) to cap the frame rate at 60

I have a 3070ti and I also experience this, RTSS is an option, you can also use adaptive vsync in your nvidia control panel or try special k's various vsync options.

Adaptive sync seems to work fine in the base game but I needed special k for the expansion

I had this problem for about two years with every game I played. Go into your bios and look for infinity fabric and Resizable Bar. Enable both of those if they're not already enabled. If you have a gpu over 4 gigs you need those enabled.

Night and day difference for me. And this game was one of the games that suffered from it.
