For anyone who lives in germany and wants to get this game, you can do so now. Apparently the ban on it was lifted. Was banned until a few days or weeks ago.

There rly should be a way to order "list A" games in germany. Dying Light is not on list b!!!

GOG should just implement an age verification system for their adult customers to show and sell games to them that are on the German index, as those are "only" forbidden to sell to minors. Games on lists A and C can even be freely advertised if it's ensured that minors can't buy them (source).

There seems to be an age verification for M rated games now in the US I noticed, asks if you are 17 or older.

Didnt work for me, I had to take a detour to buy.
