running into an issue trying to play dying light in lan mode

there are 4 of us, two of us can see each others game, the other 2 see each others games

for some reason we cannot see each others games

only thing we can think of is the issue of everyone having the same player name


unfortunately I cannot find a way to customize my name for lan (ironically... only things I have found on google involve changing name from rld to somthing... which of course would be the cracked version of the game by reloaded...)

so wondering if there is a txt file i can change for gog so I can set my playername that might fix this lan issue as well as my friends setting their names as well.....



on a side note... its odd that a pirated version might actually work better than a bought game again.... (anyone who bought command and conquer tiberium twilight would understand due to the always online issue.. I had to download a cracked fake server check version to properly play and save the game in single player....)

I found the save loctations but the files are encrypted.
